Discover the Practical Self-Defense Skills Taught in Our Adults Krav Maga Classes

Our adults Krav Maga classes focus on teaching practical self-defense techniques that can be applied in real-life situations. With experienced instructors and a supportive environment, you'll learn valuable skills to protect yourself and others.

Progression at
Alpha Dog Krav Maga

Beginner Level - Levels 1-2

Build a strong foundation in Krav Maga techniques and self-defense strategies.

Each level will take between 4-6 months to learn but can be more or less based on your commitment.

Intermediate Level - Levels 3-4

Enhance your skills and learn advanced Krav Maga techniques for real-life scenarios.

Intermediate levels will take between 6-7 months each.

Advanced Level - Levels 5-6

Master the art of Krav Maga and become a highly skilled self-defence practitioner.

Advanced levels will take between 8-12 months each.

Expert Level - Post Level 6 Training Military Krav Maga and AOS Training

Achieve the highest level of proficiency in Krav Maga, Kapap and AOS and potentially become a certified instructor.

As expert martial arts practitioners we are always improving and learning, anyone who shows the right attitude to training, commitment and the will to help other classmates can expect to be loaded onto our coaching programme.

What is Krav Maga?

What classes are offered?

We offer a variety of classes, including Adults classes, Childrens classes, and private lessons. Our instructors are experienced and certified in Krav Maga, Kapap, and Israeli Jiu Jitsu.

How do I prepare for the first class?

To prepare for your first class, wear comfortable workout clothes and bring a water bottle. No prior experience is necessary.

Do I need to book beforehand?

You don't have to book in advance, but it's always a good idea to email us or call ahead for our assistance and additional information.

How fit do I have to be before attending?

Our classes welcome individuals of all fitness levels and ages. What matters most is the commitment to train and improve.
